How To Enter Race

Please enter through the Entry site.

Due to shipping restrictions from Japan to the U.S. effective August 29,
we are unable to send finisher medals or participation souvenirs for this event.

Step2Download TATTA: the GPS training app.

Step3Open the app, enter your ID and password. Then tap on the sync button.

If you have never ran with TATTA, please open the TATTA app and perform a test run beforehand.

Step4Please enter and prepare in advance.

Tap [Event] in the TATTA app and check if [Mt. Fuji International Virtual Marathon] is displayed. If it is, you are all set! (This will be reflected on the same day, once you enter the race.)

Step5Open "TATTA" on your smartphone and run during the race period; your distance will be counted.

Start TATTA during the race period and tap [Start] to run. After your run, tap [■] [End], and then [Save].
This will save the distance you run.

  1. Open TATTA and display the measurement screen from the start menu.
  2. Tap ① at the top of the screen to display the list of ② events.
    Make sure that [Mt. Fuji International Virtual Marathon] is included in the ② list.
    Your record will be reflected on all events displayed in the events list.

  5. Is the activity selected correctly? (Is Running or Trail Run set?)
  6. The list can be closed by tapping any other part of the screen part.

Event Application Terms and Conditions

※Participants must agree to the following terms before applying.

  1. After application, changes of category, cancellations, transfers of rights, or name changes due to personal reasons are not permitted. Entry fees and related charges will not be refunded in cases where the organizer is not responsible.
  2. The course setting is free, but please run at a time and in an environment where you can do so safely in your area.
  3. Always observe traffic rules, etiquette, and facility rules such as those in parks.
  4. Avoid running in groups. If running with multiple people, keep sufficient distance from one another.
  5. Manage your physical condition carefully before starting, and if you feel unwell, stop running immediately.
  6. The organizer bears no responsibility whatsoever for any injury, incident, or accident arising from participation in this event. Insurance coverage is also not provided.
  7. Participants acknowledge in advance that photographs and videos taken during the event may be used in *Runners* magazine, on RUNNET (Run Japan), the official event website, social media, etc., and shall entrust the organizer with portrait rights.
  8. The organizer recognizes the importance of personal information, complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related laws, and handles personal information based on the organizer’s privacy policy. Personal information will be used for the purpose of improving services to participants, such as sending event information, result notifications, next event announcements, providing services from event sponsors/cooperating/related organizations, and publishing results.

R-bies Sports Foundation and R-bies, Inc. (hereinafter “the Company”) recognize the importance of personal information, strictly comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related laws, and appropriately handle such information under the following policy:


  1. The Company will acquire personal information through lawful and fair means. If sensitive personal information is required, it will only be obtained with the individual’s consent.

  2. The Company will use personal information only within the scope of the purposes indicated at the time of acquisition, and only as necessary for business execution. The information will mainly be used for the following purposes:

  3. When jointly using or outsourcing personal information to third parties, the Company will conduct strict reviews of those parties and appropriately supervise them to ensure confidentiality.

  4. Except as provided by law, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent from the individual.

  5. The Company will maintain accuracy and manage information securely. Measures will be taken against unauthorized access, computer viruses, and other threats to prevent loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage.

  6. The Company recognizes the individual’s right to request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of their personal information. Upon confirming the requester’s identity, the Company will promptly respond.

  7. To enforce this policy, the Company will establish a compliance program for personal information protection (including this policy, the “Personal Information Protection Regulations,” and other rules), ensure it is thoroughly communicated to employees and related parties, implement, maintain, and continuously improve it.
