About Package Tour

Mt. Fuji International Marathon 2025 Package Tour includes a guaranteed entry to the marathon.

*Runner registration will be completed as part of the package tour application process.

• The package price includes the entry fee, baggage drop-off, original long sleeve t-shirt, and tax.

  ENTRY FEES

  Full Marathon (42.195km): JPY 25,000

  • Runners must be at least 18 years old on the day of the race.
  • Official qualifying race time is within 6 hours.
  • Start time is 9:00 a.m.

  Charity Fun Run (10.5km): JPY 10,000

  • Runners must be at least 12 years old on the day of the race.
  • Official qualifying race time is within 3 hours.
  • Start time is 9:20 a.m.

  Around KAWAGUCHIKO (17km): JPY 18,000

  • Runners must be at least 16 years old on the day of the race.
  • Official qualifying race time is within 3 hours.
  • Start time is 10:30 a.m.

• Applications will close once the maximum number of participants is reached.
• The minimum number of participants is 1 runner for A, C, D and E courses.
  The minimum number of participants is 2 runners for B and Exclusive courses.
  The minimum number of participants is 10 runners for F course.
  (People who are not runners cannot apply for these package tours.)
• Tour Conductor is not accompanied in all courses.
• All courses are not accompanied licensed tour guides.
• English speaking tour conductors are not accompanied for A, B, C, D, E and F courses.
  Only the Exclusive course provides an accompanying English speaking tour conductor.
• Runners age 12 and over will be charged the same entry fee as adult runners.
• The fee for individuals accompanying runners (non-participants) will be the same as the adult fee. There are no special rates for children or infants.
• Please note that co-sleeping arrangements are not available.
• Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
  Participants under 18 years old require a consent form from a legal guardian.
  (Not required if the legal guardian is accompanying the participant.)

Application Procedures & Deadline

STEP1

Please choose "Plan". (A～F Course)
All these courses include the entry fee for the marathon.

• A, B, C and D Course : Hotel stay course - Includes a 2-night stay
• E Course : Hotel stay course - Includes a 1-night stay
• F Course : One-Way Transportation (without hotel)

STEP2

Please choose "Participant Category".

• 1 person (Full, Charity, Around Kawaguchiko)
• 2 person (Full, Charity, Around Kawaguchiko)
• 2 person (Full, Charity, Around Kawaguchiko+Companion)

STEP3

If you prefer, you can enhance your package by adding an optional tour.

• <OP> RETURN TRANSPORTATION ： Shuttle to Shinjuku Area after the event.

STEP4

Registering your Personal Information

• Fill in the Primary Applicant information
• Fill in the Emergency contact information
• Fill in the 2nd Runner or Companion information (Only for groups of 2)
• Fill in the 2nd Runner or Companion’s Emergency Contact information

STEP5

Please proceed to payment.

• The entry fee cannot be refunded once the payment is completed.
• Unpaid registrations will be automatically deleted.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact Package Tour Desk directly.
They will assist you with the cancellation process.

Package Tour Itinerary and the fee

Regarding courses A,B,C,D and E course which include hotel accommodation, please take note of the following details:

• Twin Rooms: At least one person in the twin room must be a runner.
• Non-smoking room: Non-smoking room is not guaranteed.
• Early Check-in and Late Check-out: We regret to inform you that requests for early check-in or late check-out cannot be accommodated.
• Shuttle Transportation: Some hotels offer shuttle transportation to the marathon venue on the race day. Please confirm the details for each course.

• Capacity: 2 people per group (max. 5 groups)

• Price：JPY 1,200,000 /per group of 2

  (This price indicates runner registration for 2 people for the Full Marathon.
  If you choose other events or companion, it will be reduced from the total amount.)

• Meal: Breakfast (2X), Lunch (0), Dinner (2x)
