How can I register for the race?
RUNNET GLOBAL members can register for the race here.
If you are not a member, please sign up for a membership here.
I forgot my ID and/or password.

Please contact us through the Inquiry Form if you forgot your ID and/or password.
Please provide us the following information which are registered in our system, we can send your ID and/or password to you

  • Name.
  • Date of birth.
  • E-mail address.
  • Postal Mailing address.
  • Phone number.
It says my email address has already been registered.
When signing up, the message “The entered email address is already registered” is shown.
Here are things you may consider:

  • Sign-up is already complete.
    Please verify the registered ID and reset password in the “Inquiry Form.”
    If you provide us the following information which are registered in our system, we can send your password to you.

    • Name.
    • Date of birth.
    • E-mail address.
    • Postal Mailing address.
    • Phone number.
  • Someone may have already registered that email address.
    You may only register one email address per account. Please use another email address to sign up.
How do I edit my account information?
To make changes to your account, such as email, password, postal address:
  1. Login to RUNNET GLOBAL and visit ‘My Page’
  2. Click ‘Review and Edit Member Info’
  3. Please enter once more ID and Password
  4. Click ‘Log in’
  5. Modify your information
  6. Click ‘Review’
  7. After confirming your information, click ‘Register’

Please note: changes such as: name, date of birth, and gender cannot be modified because it is related to race qualifications for race registrations. All other account information can be edited only during the registration period.
If changes need to be made after the registration period, please contact us through the Inquiry Form.

How do I change my participant T-shirt size?
How to change your participant T-shirt size:
  1. Login to RUNNET GLOBAL and visit ‘My Page’
  2. Click on race name, then click ‘Modify Entry Data’
  3. Select the correct size in the ‘T-shirt Size’ field
  4. After selection, click ‘Modify”
  5. After submitting request, double check to see if size has been changed
  • You can make modifications during the entry period.
  • If the entry maximum is reached due to an early deadline, you cannot change your information on your own.
  • If you have any questions, please contact us through the Inquiry Form.
When will I receive my race information?

The organizer will send you the race information via email 7 to 10 days prior to the race.
Please note that the race organizer will NOT ship your bib and timing chips.
You will receive them at Runner’s Check-in in the venue.

Where and when will I check-in ?
Check-in time: Saturday, 25 November 2023, 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, 26 November 2023, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Please bring your smartphone or printout to show the email from the organizer.
You also need to verify your identity by Passport or requested photo ID card at the reception.

Can I confirm if my registration has been completed ?

  • Our system does not display middle name.

Unfortunately, you cannot change/cancel events, transfer your rights, or switch applicant names after submitting your application as specified in the race policy.

  2. Take the Chuo Expressway Bus at the west exit of Shinjuku station, get off at Kawaguchiko Stop and walk for 10 minutes.
