About Package Tour

Mt. Fuji International Marathon 2024 Package Tour includes a guaranteed entry to the marathon.

• Runner registration will be completed as part of the package tour application process.

• The package price includes the Entry fee (Entry, Original T-shirts, BEAMS T-shirts and tax).

  ENTRY FEES

  Full Marathon (42.195km): JPY 25,000

  • Runners must be at least 18 years old on the day of the race.
  • Official qualifying race time is within 6 hours.
  • Start time is 9:00 a.m.

  Charity Fun Run (10.5km): JPY 10,000

  • Runners must be at least 12 years old on the day of the race.
  • Official qualifying race time is within 3 hours.
  • Start time is 9:20 a.m.

  Around KAWAGUCHIKO (17km): JPY 18,000

  • Runners must be at least 16 years old on the day of the race.
  • Official qualifying race time is within 3 hours.
  • Start time is 10:30 a.m.

• The application will be closed once the maximum number of participants is reached.
• The minimum number of participants is 1 person for Course A, B, C, D and E.
• Tour Conductor is not accompanied in all courses.
• Runners who are 12 years old or older will be charged the same fee as adults.
• The fee for individuals who are not participating as runners but sharing a room with a runner will be the same as the adult fee. There are no special rates for children or infants.
• Please note that co-sleeping arrangements are not available.
• Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
  Participants under 18 years old require a consent form from a legal guardian.
  (Not required if the legal guardian is accompanying the participant.)

Application Procedures & Deadline

STEP1

Please choose "Plan". (Course A - E)
All these courses include the entry fee for the marathon.

• Course A, B and C: Hotel course - Includes a 2-night stay
• Course D: Hotel course - Includes a 1-night stay
• Course E: One-Way Transportation (without hotel)

STEP2

Please choose "Participant Category".

• 1 person (Full marathon, Charity fun run, Kawaguchiko)
• 2 persons (Full marathon, Charity fun run, Kawaguchiko)
• Runner + Companion

STEP3

If you prefer, you can enhance your package by adding one of three optional tours.

Registering your Personal Data

• Fill in the Primary Applicant information
• Fill in the Emergency Contact information
• Fill in the 2nd Runner or Companion information (Only for groups of 2)
• Fill in the 2nd Runner or Companion's Emergency Contact information

STEP5

Please proceed to payment and be aware that once the payment is completed, the entry fee cannot be refunded.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact Package Tour Desk directly.
They will assist you with the cancellation process.

Please keep in mind that the application deadline is 11:59 p.m. on Monday, September 30th, 2024 (JST).

Kindly ensure that you complete your registration before the deadline.

STEP6

Please look for the event details from website. For inquiries regarding the race, please contact: info-english@mtfujimarathon.com.

• For group reservation (more than 10 people), please send us an email to info-mtfujimarathon@or.knt.co.jp with the following details:

  • Number of people with runners and companions breakdown
  • Number of rooms
  • Preferred hotels

Package Tour Itinerary and the fee

Regarding courses A,B,C and D, which include hotel accommodation, please take note of the following details:

• Twin Rooms: At least one person in the twin room should run in the marathon.
• Non-smoking room: Non-smoking room is not guaranteed.
• Early Check-in and Late Check-out: We regret to inform you that requests for early check-in or late check-out cannot be accommodated.
• Shuttle Transportation: Some hotels offer shuttle transportation to the starting point on the race day. Please check the ○ and × in the "Transportation" in the each table.

Please keep these points in mind while selecting your preferred course for the package tour.

• Capacity: 2 people per group (max. 2 groups)

• Price: JPY 1,000,000 /per group of 2

  (This price indicates runner registration for 2 people for the Full Marathon.
  If you choose other events or companion, we will be reduced from the total amount.)

• Hotel: Marriott Fuji Lake Yamanaka
• Meal: Boxed Breakfast (1X), Breakfast (1x), Lunch (1x), Dinner (2x)
