Option for Race Materials Pick-Up At Alpen Tokyo Store

Race material pick-up (including the runner's bib) can either take place at a sporting goods store called Alpen TOKYO, or at the original location: Funatsuhama Hirahama Parking Lot (the race starting point).

Pick up dates and hours vary at each location. Alpen TOKYO will be accessible from Monday, November 18 to Friday, November 22, while Funatsuhama Hirahama Parking Lot will only be available on race day and one day before. If you pick up the race materials at Alpen TOKYO, you do not need to pick up your race materials at the race venue.

Alpen TOKYO is located in Shinjuku. It offers a welcoming atmosphere and a variety of running merchandise and to ensure that runners can participate in the race with peace of mind.

If you do not complete the application, you will not be able to collect your race materials at Alpen TOKYO and automatically your pick up location will be the race venue. So please make sure to complete this form if you would like to pick up race materials at Alpen TOKYO.

Race Materials Pick-Up Dates and Times at Alpen TOKYO:
- Monday, November 18: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Tuesday, November 19: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Wednesday, November 20: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Thursday, November 21: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Friday, November 22: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Details of Race Materials Pick-Up:
- Please present the "Athlete Bib Web Voucher," which will be sent to you via email around Friday, November 8.
- We will provide you with your athlete bib, timing chip, baggage check plastic bag and participation gift.

Note: If you purchased limited edition official merchandise, you can ONLY pick them up at the official goods shop at the race venue, (Funatsuhama Hirahama Parking Lot), which is also the race starting point. Even if you pick up the race materials at Alpen TOKYO, you still need to pick up your official goods at the race venue.

Note: If you registered through a tour company, you cannot pick up the race materials at Alpen TOKYO.
